did my final revision of my paper...now just a review class and a take home test--then I can get back to my list---still need 2 more boxes and waiting for a gift for my mom to get here so I can mail that off----

got a few more decorations up (I call it chrismafying--or chrismafication--the process of putting up christmas decorations ....need to write to webster to get it added!)

its cold and snow is on the ground, and the flannel sheets are on the bed, yeup, its winter

Starting class at 2 pm, what a nice day.
Oh and I finished the only two papers I had to do this semester. They aren't great, but I didn't really care that much so I put just above the minimum.

If school closes you can't be on campus? Huh... When they cancel school here anyone can be on campus, just means we don't have classes. oO Oh and the food places are closed but that is okay.

Last day of class today. Woooooo! Though that means finals start Thursday... Well mine start Friday morning but ya. Study day tomorrow, study day (for me) Thursday, final Friday, Final Saturday...

only had one snow day while I was in college, and it was mostly due to the professions being unable to get to the school (most of the students lived on campus).....so they could not close the school since they had to provide food service and heating


(ah I remember that day very well actually, got up late and went into the bathroom and saw the huge 'classes canceled' sign on the mirrors ---best place to put said in women's bathroom---and then went back to my room and called my boyfriend asked what he had plans for...and then we walked down campus------a rare occasion indeed since I rarely walked [had a car, however, due to the amount of snow, it was buried up to its windows as well as the whole lot so no amount of my shoveling would get me anywhere that day] had lunch and dinner and walked back up campus, yep exciting stuff).....had a pretty good snow my hubby's last year as well, but classes werent canceled since the profs were able to get to campus.

still working on getting snow over to europe.....and got a box by ups that will work for my last box I needed---so no need to go to the post office today (wooot wooot!!)....

I've had 2 and a half, which were the first 2 and a half ever in my colleges history. Was pretty cool.

We get emails/text messages telling us if school is cancelled. Which is always something nice though they send them at like 6am in the morning... Guess it is better than waking up at 6am for no reason to go to school. Oh well.

Classes are done. Now I just need to get through finals... One Friday, one Saturday, one Monday and the last one next Wednesday. Almost there.

ah, how times have changed....there was no email back in my day, heck there was no microsoft and apple and lead edge were the top computers (compaq was still around and kicking).....

wrapped and boxed the first set, still need that gift for mom then will send the florida boxes....the elf is in the house (ok, condo).....

I remember Compaq. We used to have those computers at my school when we first got computers in the school. Pretty cool.

School, with computers?, unheard of! though we did have a computer room at our school, with 2 computers..

No the school won't close (I think it never close...well the front gate will be closed at night, but you can enter from all the other gates. We did it, a lot of time) some teachers won't be able to come if there is too much snow, but so will some students (as some of my friends aren't in walking distance of the school) so the fight will be smaller .


Well Cosy it would seem that you aimed a little too north (Paris). Try aiming closer to the spanish border ^^ (and OMG if the northern side of Spain gets snow and not me, I'm going to be sad...).

My middle school had like 15 computers, and now my College has I don't know how many...we even have some new iMacs...don't know why the would have them, but hey, whatever makes them happy.

The elves never were good at directions... Which explains where all my cool toys that I wanted and didn't get as a kid went. The elves delivered them to the wrong house!

I have a free Wednesday today. Kind of boring actually since I'm not motivated to study...

on another note, been playing the WoW expansion, while the PvE is awesome, PvP is so fúcking terrible, and people think it takes skill /sigh

Seriously, picking and choosing races and professions I find are too daunting for video games. Meaning, that it would be hard staying active in a race and profession when you want to switch to something else. Seriously, i would find having a character of your own design and choosing four attributes of all of the attributes from other professions and such to have more of a personal flavour.

Is it just me or am I just crazy?

Another day of studying. Finals start tomorrow for me. First one is at 9am tomorrow morning. Then I also have one Saturday afternoon. Buzzzzz kill!

no idea...I dont play many video type games (gw, spore, civ and alien crossfire....though did play rendezvous with rama ......)

no plans to pick up any new ones either, got other stuff to do instead......


plan on working on my final on sunday. or possible saturday.....should be pretty easy (not that I really care since its a freshman class, I already have a bachelors degree and dont plan on using this class for anything--wont 'transfer' the credits....so doesnt really matter WHAT I do for the final )

indiana jones and the crystal skull is on tonight....have a big bowl ready for popcorn for that!

Blah, won't be watching the new Indiana Jones movie. I loved the original trilogy but I have heard terrible things about this one. Apparently it has to do with aliens... No thank you. That is no longer Indiana Jones.

Studied all day and I will continue to study until my final tomorrow morning probably. So excited. >.>
